No Bidder Fee if you are already a registered licensed dealer at Paducah Auto Auction. CASH or Checks accepted. Nextgear, Kinetic, AFC, Carbucks floor plans accepted. All purchases must be paid for at end of auction No Exceptions. Bidders writing a personal or business Check must provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee with your bidder form before a bidder badge will be issued unless other arrangements have been made with the Owners of Americas Clark Co Auto Auction or JMARK . Sellers will be paid upon completed verified payment by buyer on day of sale if all documents are present to complete the sale. Consignment & Bidder forms will be emailed , faxed or can be picked up a the Americas Clark Co Auto Auction office. Titles must be in Consigners / Owners name or handled by owners Power of Attorney or a licensed auto dealer. Sales Tax will be collected on all vehicles sold to Public Buyers unless an AL Sales Tax Exempt Certificate is provided & is on file. Spectators welcome: General Admission is $10 Under 12 Free.
